Keeping up

I am really trying to keep up with the times with blogs and Facebook and so on. You can perhaps tell that keeping up with the times is not my forte!

Coming up in July in Glencoe is our annual Tartan Days festival. This is going to be a bigger and better festival this year thanks to the organizing efforts of the Celebrate Community Committee. Check them out on Facebook and you will find a full schedule of events for Tartan Days.

The local businesses will be having sidewalk sales from Thursday, July 18 through to Saturday, July 20. Visit all of the businesses participating in the "Picture This" game and collect all 14 puzzle pieces for your chance to win one of three gift baskets valued at approx. $200 each.

Fun and games and some terrific deals to boot. What more could anyone want?
